I recieved my undergraduate degree in Vocal Music Education from the University of Kentucky in 2003. I recieved my Masters and Specialist in Education degrees in School Counseling in 2015 and 2019 feom Murray State University. 

I began teaching in 2005. I taught Middle School Music and Choir for 3 years and elementary Music for 1 year before taking time off to be with my kids. I earned my Masters Degree at MSU and began my Counseling career at MLK Elementary School for 3 years. I then was the music teacher at Millbrooke Elementary School for 2 years. I am currently the Freshman School Counselor at CCHS! 

My name is Natalie Riggs, I have been married since 2003 and I have three sons. I grew up in Hopkinsville and attended Millbrooke Elementary, Christian County Middle and High School from where I graduated in 1997. I then went on to the University of Kentucky and recieved my Bachelors in Vocal Music Education in 2003. In 2005 I moved back to Hopkinsville with my husband, Andy, to raise our son and be close to my family. 

My favorite things are organizing, reading, vacationing with my family, and hanging out with my friends. I also enjoy Community Theatre, Church, movies, and did I mention vacations? I love learning new things and support the arts and local establishments whenever possible. 

I love life, my family, my job, and my friends.
