Paula Gieseke is a Western Kentucky Native that lives and works in Christian County. She is a professional artist and photographer who owns her own business, Blue Springs Art Studio, in Cerulean. "Ms. G." teaches, drawing, painting, mixed media, andd graphic design at Christian County High School. She is also the Department Head for Arts & Humanities and PE and the CCHS Gifted and Talented coordinator. She paints in a vareity of sizes ranging to large scale murals both indoor and outdoors to small acrylic painting. She creates realistic portrait drawings, photographs weddings and local events, and sells art and furniture creations at Griffin's Studio downtown Hopkinsville. She is a member of the Hopkinsville Art Guild and serves on the Board of Directors for the Pennyroyal Arts Council. She is also a member of the National Art Education Assoication in the Kentucky Chapter. She is a graduate of the Hopkinsville Citizens Police Academy, Leadership Hopkinsville, and Coordinates for the Youth Leadership Hopkinsville Arts and Humanities Day.
