Bio

I am a 2009 graduate of Trigg County High School where I played basketball and became one of the 2nd region's top players. During my time as a student athlete at Trigg, I was the 3rd all-time leading scorer.  I led the state in scoring throughout both my junior and senior years.  Before leaving Trigg County to play basketball at Kentucky Wesleyan College, I was nominated for the 2009 McDonald's All-American Team.  Later, I went on to graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Math Education from Murray State University.  My interests include playing golf and watching sports.  I am a HUGE Kentucky Wildcat basketball fan.  My hobbies include playing golf, watching Kentucky Basketball, and watching sports and being with friends and family.

The 2015-2016 school year was my first year as a certified teacher and at Christian County High School, where I taught Algebra 1, and it couldn't have been better. Christian County High School is a special place!!! I also served as assistant boys basketball coach the last two seasons.  During the 2015-2016 campaign, in which we were ranked the number 1 team in the state for much of the season.  We had a successful season winning both the Distict 8 championship and most importantly the 2nd Region championship, which gave us the opportunity to take the floor at Rupp Arena in the KHSAA Sweet 16 State Tournament. I currently am the Associate head coach for the Boys basketball team.

Following the 2015-2016 school year, I moved up to teach Algebra 2.  I was very grateful for the opportunity to get to know many of the upperclassmen and assist them in reaching their academic goals, as well as career goals.  This will be my 2nd year teaching Algebra 2, and I am looking forward to seeing each and every student that is not only in my classes, but who have the priviledge of walking the halls and being a Christian County Colonel each and every day!!!

I look forward to meeting each and every one of you!! If I can assist you in any way, please feel free to contact me at any time.

GO COLONELS!!!
